  • To replace the faulty starter into ABB PSE Softstarter.
  • Perform trial test on after replacement work done.
  • Testing and commissioning for the system.

Desaru Coast Advanture Water Park

  • Migration of Mitsubishi VFD to ABB ACS355 VFD due to product againg.
  • Control circuits modification to suit with ABB ACS355 VFD.
  • System power on and trial test after migration works done.
  • Perform functional test and run the operation after test results satisfied.

VS Industry Berhad

  • Design and fabricate a VFD Starter Panel used for Exhaust Application.
  • VFD Starter Panel embeded with RS485 communication (MODBUS).
  • VFD Starter Panel can start in Local (Keypad/Push Button) or Remote (HMI/SCADA).

Hydro Era Sdn Bhd

  • Design & built for Booster Pump Control Panel with 2 VFD.
  • Understand client’s requirement and specification given.
  • Design the system control philosophy, schematic diagram, Bill of material list and send for approval.
  • Fabrication of Booster Pump Control Panel once approval obtained.
  • Power on the control system and perform functional test.
  • Compilation of Factory Acceptance Test Report complete with drawings and Operational Manual.
  • Packaging and deliver to client.

AT&S Austria Technologie & Systemtechnik (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd

  • Supervision on installation works for ABB PCS100 AVC40 System.
  • Perform internal cabling works for PCS100 AVC40 System.
  • Perform Pre-Power On inspection.
  • Energised the system and perform commissioning works.
  • Perform simulation test on sags event to ensure system functionabiity.
  • Collect data, service logs and compilation of commissioning reports.
  • Submission of commissioning reports to ABB Factory and handover the system client.

Unisem (M) Berhad

  • Fabrication of Maintenance Bypass Panel for ABB PCS100 AVC40 System.
  • Installation of ABB PCS100 AVC40 System.
  • Electrical system coupling works.
  • Energised the system and perform commissioning works.
  • Perform simulation test on sags event to ensure system functionabiity.
  • Collect data, service logs and compilation of commissioning reports.
  • Submission of commissioning reports to ABB Factory and handover the system client.

Silterra Malaysia Sdn Bhd

  • Perform Preventive Maintenance for ABB PCS100 AVC40 System.
  • Dismantling of Inverter and Rectifier Module for inspection works.
  • Perform measurement works on components in module/system.
  • Spare parts replacement as per maintenance schedule recommended by ABB Factory.
  • Installation of modules and energised the system.
  • Collect data, service logs and compilation of service report.
  • Run the system with load and continue monitoring.

Ranhill SAJ Sdn Bhd

  • Design and build a booster pump control system.
  • Installation of smart controller with duty-standby and auto cut off system features.
  • Design a close-loop control circuits with PID features to run and regulate the pumping pressure.
  • Integration of remote monitoring system and feedback the pumping station status to operator.

Natural Oleochemicals Sdn Bhd

  • Troubleshooting of Siemens S7-1200 PLC System.
  • Access to the PLC program and study on the control system.
  • Rectify the issue and propose for repairing works.

Dynetic Sdn Bhd

  • Design and built a standalone Data Monitoring and Logging system.
  • Program the Emko HMI to communicate with Schneider Digital Power Meter and ABB ACS580 Drive.
  • Collect the data from DPM and VFD, save the data and export the data into Microsoft Excel.
  • Client able to compile the collected data and translate to Power Point.
  • The data able to shows the energy savings by converting the traditional motor starter to VFD Drive.
